I work for Los Angeles County. We are using Deep Freeze on our tablets and our other public access computers. Our Libraries and Parks and Recreation use it, so we do, but we all use it differently. In our case, we will leave the computers completely open from the user's view, but any changes they made are completely discarded upon reboot, or after 30 min of idle time, or logoff, depending on how it's set up.
