I'm sorry, I don't have any direct experience with that particular tablet. I do have experience with the Apple Ipad, and the Kindle Fire HD. They have the ability to be heavily locked down via their respective settings screens. I lock them down for my kids so that they don't download any apps that I don't approve of, or of course buying paid apps with my credit card. What you are looking to accomplish, you should be able to do. Hopefully someone comes along to give you better details than I can. Do you know anyone else that uses that tablet? Perhaps a patron of your library might be able to assist.
Best of luck,
Gary
