Have you looked at the Meraki System Manager ( meraki.cisco.com/.../systems-manager ) it is free and works for iOS, Android, Mac, and PC devices. It can push out apps and restrict access to the app stores. It also tracks and locates. I am just starting to explore it and would love to hear what others think about it.
